As an owner of a Commercial Brokerage company I have always been skeptical of the services provided by residential salespeople. 5) Negotiating Skills – Ana did an expert job positioning and negotiating our sale and obtained 99% of our asking price and got us the closing and conditions we wanted. Ultimately Ana’s performance in the final sale was outstanding.
