I believe that there is a difference between simply staging a house for sale and bringing to it the creativity and vision that will show it off to its highest potential. There are rules to follow (like the need to de-clutter and to de-personalize) but there is also room for creativity and fun.

Living in a house means making it your own. Staging one means highlighting its possibilities. It shines a light on the triggers of a buyer’s imagination. I have the experience, imagination and resources to bring out the best in a property. And while my clients often wish they had thought of some of my suggestions years earlier, even more often they feel confident that my “personal touch” has increased the final selling price. And that’s a good thing.
